Current Opening: Account Manager
Whether you’re looking to take advantage of the ultimate resume building experience or advance quickly into an executive role, at The Carvonis Group you will learn, grow, and develop… and you’ll have a great time doing it! You will take part in The Carvonis Group’s renowned Management Training Program. Your responsibilities will grow and evolve quickly as you demonstrate mastery of each given skill set. You will rapidly advance from an account management role to a training and leadership role, to an assistant management role. Full training will be provided every step of the way!
- A 4-year college degree
- Prior leadership experience such as in a fraternity/sorority, academic club, or sports team
- Prior internship experience
- A high school degree
- Experience as a member of a high-performing team
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Already living in Miami and available to start immediately
As this is an entry-level position, recent grads with limited work experience are welcome to apply.

We enjoy what we do
You won’t see tired or mopey faces around The Carvonis Group! As strange as it may sound, people actually enjoy coming to work. We are a close-knit team and we enjoy seeing our co-workers when we come into the office each morning. We are always laughing and we are genuinely excited about what we do. It’s not at all atypical for our president, Krystoff, to walk into our meeting room and start an impromptu game of office-wide 2-Ball. If you haven’t played this game yet, you’re missing out.
We operate as a unified team
As competitive as we are individually (who doesn’t love to win?), we are always team-oriented, rather than cut-throat. We consider ourselves to be a ‘people helping people’ business. Each day, senior leaders meet with new staff members to mentor and motivate them. Peers meet with peers to discuss challenges and wins. At The Carvonis Group we operate as one cohesive team.

No one is micromanaged
At The Carvonis Group, we strive to develop leadership qualities in each and every member of the team. In order to do so, we think it’s important for our people to be able to think for themselves and make autonomous decisions whenever possible. Of course, we offer ample support and coaching along the way, but we like to let our budding entrepreneurs take the driver’s seat.

An exciting career means being constantly pushed out of your comfort zone. Our people take on new roles and responsibilities on a daily basis. At The Carvonis Group, we strongly believe in learning by doing, and we see all mistakes as coaching opportunities.
We are committed to giving back
The Carvonis Group has selected Operation Smile as its dedicated company philanthropy. Our goal is to raise $10,000 this year to help fund the life-changing surgeries of over forty children. We host fundraising events throughout the year and the whole team participates.

Team Night is a Wednesday-night tradition at The Carvonis Group. Each week, our team gets together at a venue outside of the office for some relaxation and bonding time. Friends and family are always invited to take part. Recent activities include grilling out, sand volleyball, bowling, kickball, dodgeball, and winding down at a local restaurant. We attribute, in part, the strength of our team to this weekly activity; there’s nothing like getting to know your co-workers outside of the workplace.
